1 head of chopped organic romaine lettuce

1/3 bunch of organic coriander (you can also use stems)
1/3 bunch of organic parsley (you may use stems)

Gradually you need to higher speeds, before adding the celery, pear and apple. Add your coriander, banana as well as lemon juice last. 1 tsp of maca powder
1 tsp pf spirulina
